🍖 BBQ Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 racks pork ribs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Mix the brown sugar and spices, then generously rub the mixture over both sides of the ribs.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cook the ribs slowly at 275°F (135°C) for about 2½–3½ hours, until tender.
- Brush generously with BBQ sauce mixed with honey and mustard.
- Grill or broil for a few minutes until the sauce becomes sticky and caramelized.
- Rest for 10 minutes, slice, and serve hot.
