Ingredients:

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 2 hoagie/sub rolls
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices provolone or American cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: sliced bell peppers

Instructions:
